  • Help Desk means a service provided by Contractor for the support of Contractor’s Products. Purchaser shall report warranty or maintenance problems to Contractor’s Help Desk for initial trouble-shooting and possible resolution of the problems or for the initiation of repair or replacement services.

  • Connect means the installation of the Connection Equipment in such a way that (subject to Energisation) the Customer may import electricity to, and/or export electricity from, the Customer’s Installation over the Distribution System at the Connection Point;

  • Badge means a form of identification issued by the Commission identifying a registrant or licensee.
