Exit is that portion of a means of egress which is separated from all other spaces of the building or structure by construction or equipment as required in these regulations to provide a protected way of travel to the exit discharge.
Exit means termination or discontinuance of a Department-funded developmental disability service by a Department licensed or certified provider.

  • The Parties shall use reasonable endeavours to agree the contents of the Exit Plan.

  • Until the agreement of the final form of the Exit Plan, the Service Provider shall provide the Exit Management Services in accordance with the principles set out in this Schedule and the last approved version of the Exit Plan (insofar as relevant).
