Deemed Distribution Licensee definition

Deemed Distribution Licensee means a person deemed to be a Distribution Licensee under Section 14 of the Act;
Deemed Distribution Licensee means, Person is authorized under Section 13 or Section 14 of the Act by virtue of Notification by the Appropriate RegulatoryCommission to operate and maintain a power distribution system for supplying electricity to consumers in the area of supply as specified in the Notification;

Related to Deemed Distribution Licensee

  • Distribution Licensee means a licensee authorised to operate and maintain a distribution system for supplying electricity to the consumers in his area of supply;
