Deemed Series B Issue Date definition

Deemed Series B Issue Date means with respect to each of the Series B+ Investors, the date on which such Series B+ Investor or its Affiliate fully paid to the Domestic Company the consideration for capital increase under the Capital Increase Agreement dated December 27,2017.
