Default Excess definition

Default Excess means, with respect to any Defaulting Lender, the excess, if any, of such Defaulting Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Loans of all Lenders (calculated as if all Defaulting Lenders (other than such Defaulting Lender) had funded all of their respective Defaulted Loans) over the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans of such Defaulting Lender.
Default Excess means, with respect to any Defaulting Lender, the excess, if any, of such Defaulting Lender’s ratable portion of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Loans of all Lenders (calculated as if all Defaulting Lenders had funded all of their respective Defaulted Loans) over the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans actually funded by such Defaulting Lender.
Default Excess means, with respect to any Defaulting Lender, the excess, if any, of such Defaulting Lender’s ratable portion of the aggregate Credit Exposure of all Lenders (calculated as if all Defaulting Lenders had funded all of their respective Advances) over the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Advances of such Defaulting Lender.

More Definitions of Default Excess

Default Excess means, with respect to any Funds Defaulting Lender, the excess, if any, of such Defaulting Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Loans of all Lenders (calculated as if all Funds Defaulting Lenders (including such Funds Defaulting Lender) had funded all of their respective Defaulted Loans) over the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans of such Funds Defaulting Lender.
Default Excess means, with respect to any Defaulting Lender, the excess, if any, of such Defaulting Lender's Pro Rata Share of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans of all Lenders (calculated as if all Defaulting Lenders (other than such Defaulting Lender) had funded all of their respective Defaulted Revolving Loans) over the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans of such Defaulting Lender. No Commitment of any Lender shall be increased or otherwise affected, and, except as otherwise expressly provided in this subsection 2.9, performance by Company of its obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall not be excused or otherwise modified, as a result of any Funding Default or the operation of this subsection 2.9. The rights and remedies against a Defaulting Lender under this subsection 2.9 are in addition to other rights and remedies which Company may have against such Defaulting Lender with respect to any Funding Default and which Administrative Agent or any Lender may have against such Defaulting Lender with respect to any Funding Default.
Default Excess shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.16(c).

The rights and remedies against a Defaulting Lender under Section 2.16(c) are in addition to other rights and remedies that Borrower may have against such Defaulting Lender with respect to any Funding Default and that the Administrative Agent or any Lender may have against such Defaulting Lender with respect to any Funding Default.
Default Excess means, as at the date of computation thereof with respect to any Defaulting Lender, the sum of the amounts of defaulted Revolving Credit Loans and defaulted payments of such Lender at such date.
