Default Horizon definition

Default Horizon means the number four (4).
Default Horizon for the purpose of determining the Default Ratio in relation to the Defaulted Receivables in the Monthly Period concerned, means the aggregate of 90 days and the weighted average Payment Period of the Defaulted Receivables calculated at the end of such Monthly Period.
Default Horizon means, as of any Monthly Reporting Date, the number of days equal to the number of days in the three most recent Calculation Periods ending prior to the Calculation Period related to such Monthly Reporting Date.

Examples of Default Horizon in a sentence

  • For any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) 2.0, times (ii) the highest three-month rolling average Default Ratio during the 12 Calculation Periods ending on the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date, times (iii) the Default Horizon Ratio as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date.

  • For example, we could only consider algorithms A which are correct on all inputs but we could measure the expected running time instead of the running time on the worst instance.

  • For any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the Stress Factor times (ii) the highest three-month rolling average Default Ratio during the 12 Calculation Periods ending on the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date, times (iii) the Default Horizon Ratio as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date.

  • For any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the Stress Factor, times (ii) the highest three-month rolling average Default Ratio during the 12 Calculation Periods ending on the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date, times (iii) the Default Horizon Ratio as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date.

  • Effective as of the date hereof in accordance with Section 2 of this Amendment, the Agreement is hereby amended to reflect the changes to the definitions of "Default Horizon Ratio" and "Eligible Receivable" set forth in Annex A.


More Definitions of Default Horizon

Default Horizon means the sum of the WACT and 7.
Default Horizon means, for any Calculation Period, the six most recent Calculation Periods including and ending with such Calculation Period.
Default Horizon means, for any Calculation Period, the whole number sum of (i) four (4) plus (ii) the whole number result (rounded down) of dividing (A) the Weighted Average Terms of Sale as of the Cutoff Date for such Calculation Period by (B) thirty (30). The Default Horizon for the initial Calculation Period shall be five (5).
Default Horizon means the number six (6).
Default Horizon means for any Settlement Period the calendar month ending five months prior to the beginning of such Settlement Period.

  • MI Default has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.1 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • Default Event means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • PTC Event of Default Means any failure to pay within 10 Business Days of the due date thereof: (i) the outstanding Pool Balance on the Final Legal Distribution Date or (ii) interest due on the Certificates on any Distribution Date (unless the Subordination Agent shall have made an Interest Drawing or Drawings (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement), or a withdrawal or withdrawals pursuant to Section 3.6(f) of the Intercreditor Agreement, with respect thereto in an aggregate amount sufficient to pay such interest and shall have distributed such amount to the Trustee).

  • Acceleration Event of Default means an Event of Default under Section 5.1(a), (d), (e) or (f), whatever the reason for such Acceleration Event of Default and whether it shall be voluntary or involuntary or be effected by operation of law or pursuant to any judgment, decree or order of any court or any order, rule or regulation of any administrative or governmental body.

  • Default means any event that is, or with the passage of time or the giving of notice or both would be, an Event of Default.

  • Bank Default means (i) the refusal (which has not been retracted) of a Bank to make available its portion of any incurrence of Loans (including pursuant to a Mandatory Borrowing) or to fund its portion of any unreimbursed payment under Section 2.05(c) or (ii) a Bank having notified the Administrative Agent and/or the Borrower that it does not intend to comply with its obligations under Section 1.01 or under Section 2.05(c).

  • Loan Event of Default means any of the events specified in Section 5.1 of the Loan Agreement, provided that any requirement for the giving of notice, the lapse of time, or both, or any other condition, event or act has been satisfied.

  • Swap Default Any of the circumstances constituting an “Event of Default” under the Swap Agreement.

  • Note Event of Default means any “Event of Default” specified in Section 5.1 of the Indenture.

  • Potential Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Collateral Event of Default has the meaning set forth in Section 13.01(b).

  • Lease Event of Default shall have the meaning specified in Section 17.1 of the Lease.

  • Liquidity Event of Default with respect to any Liquidity Facility, has the meaning assigned to such term in such Liquidity Facility.

  • O & M Default means any default on the part of the Power Producer for a continuous period of ninety (90) days to (i) operate and/or (ii) maintain (in accordance with Prudent Utility Practices), the Project at all times.

  • Special Default means (i) the failure by Owner to pay any amount of principal of or interest on any Equipment Note when due or (ii) the occurrence of any Default or Event of Default referred to in Section 5.01(v), (vi) or (vii).

  • Material Event of Default means the occurrence of an Event of Default (as defined in the Senior Unsecured Loan Agreement) under any of the following sections of the Senior Unsecured Loan Agreement:

  • Senior Default means any Default or Event of Default under the Senior Credit Agreement or any document referred to therein.

  • Bankruptcy Event of Default means any Event of Default under Section 8.01(f) of the Credit Agreement.

  • Lease Default means any event or condition which, with the lapse of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute a Lease Event of Default.

  • Potential Default means any event or condition which with notice or passage of time, or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Major Default means any Event of Default occurring under Sections 4.1(a), 4.1(c), 4.1(l), or 4.1(p) of this Note.

  • Bankruptcy Default has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.01.

  • Mortgage Loan Event of Default means an “Event of Default” under and as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Triggering Event of Default means (i) any Event of Default with respect to an obligation of the Mortgage Loan Borrower to pay money due under the Mortgage Loan or (ii) any non-monetary Event of Default as a result of which the Mortgage Loan becomes a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan (which, for clarification, shall not include any imminent Event of Default (i.e., subclause (vii) of the definition of Special Servicing Loan Event)).

  • Minor Default means any Event of Default that is not a Major Default.

  • Declaration Event of Default means an “Event of Default” as defined in the Declaration.
