In consideration of the reinsurance ceded hereunder, and subject to Section 2.07, the Rate Setting Process and Section 5.01 in respect of payments of the Deferred Ceding Commission, the Reinsurer shall pay to the Ceding Company, on a monthly basis in accordance with Section 7.03, a ceding commission in respect of each cohort of Reinsured Policies at the rate, on the timeframe and otherwise on the terms mutually agreed upon by the parties subject to the Rate Setting Process (the “Ceding Allowance”).
