Deferred Maintenance Deposit definition

Deferred Maintenance Deposit means the Deferred Maintenance Deposit set forth in the Reserve Letter, if any.
Deferred Maintenance Deposit shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 3.5.

  • The Deferred Maintenance Deposit shall be used solely for the payment of the actual costs of the Scheduled Repairs.

  • Borrower shall furnish such financial statements, invoices, records, papers and documents relating to the Property as Lender may reasonably require from time to time to make the determinations permitted or required to be made by Lender with respect to disbursements of the Deferred Maintenance Deposit and/or the Reserve.

  • In the event Lender determines that (i) the balance in the Reserve is less than the current estimated cost to complete the Work and pay the Leasing Commissions which Borrower, in the prudent operation of the Property can reasonably be anticipated to incur during the succeeding twenty four (24) months, or (ii) the balance of the Deferred Maintenance Deposit is less than the amount necessary to complete the Scheduled Repairs, Borrower shall deposit the shortage within ten (10) days of request by Lender.

  • In the event that the Borrower shall not complete the Scheduled Repairs within such period of time the Borrower shall pay to the servicer administering the Deferred Maintenance Deposit the sum of $150.00 per month until the Scheduled Repairs are completed and approved.

  • The insufficiency of any balance in the Reserve or the Deferred Maintenance Deposit shall not abrogate Borrower's agreement to fulfill its obligations contained in this Security Instrument.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Yield Maintenance Account The separate trust account maintained and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.16, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trust on behalf of the Class A Certificateholders, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals therefrom in accordance with Section 3.16.

  • Yield Maintenance Agreement The yield maintenance agreement between the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, and the Counterparty, which will be primarily for the benefit of the Class 1-A-2 Certificates, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q. The Yield Maintenance Agreement shall not be an asset of any REMIC formed under this Agreement.

  • Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition.
