Deinstallation Commencement Date definition

Deinstallation Commencement Date is defined in Section 17.3.

  • On the Deinstallation Commencement Date, and in any event within twenty (20) Business Days from the Termination Date, the Customer shall pay a Deinstallation Fee per unit.

  • In no event shall Provider begin deinstallation of the Customer Equipment prior to the Deinstallation Commencement Date.

  • The period between the Deinstallation Commencement Date and the Termination Date is herein referred to as the “Phase-out Period.” During the Phase-Out Period, Provider will de-install the Customer Equipment, package it in Customer-provided packaging materials, and ship it to Customer in accordance with Customer’s shipping instructions, all of which shall be at Customer’s expense (at the actual cost for all third party costs such as shipping).
