  • Redemption Premium means (i) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(i) - (vi) and (ix) - (xii), 125% or (ii) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(vii) - (viii), 100%.

  • AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment on any Indebtedness that would be necessary to avoid such Indebtedness being characterized as an “applicable high yield discount obligation” under Section 163(i) of the Code.

  • Final Payment Percentage is five percent (5.00%).

  • Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).

Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-2 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.
