Delegated Contract Manager definition

Delegated Contract Manager means an entity referred to in Section I.E of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and such term includes the Infrastructure and Rural Equipment Works Execution Agency (as defined hereinafter) and the Road Works Execution Agency (defined hereinafter).
