Delegated Contract Manager definition

Delegated Contract Manager means the entity referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Delegated Contract Manager means the entity referred to in Section I.E of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and such term includes the Infrastructure and Rural Equipment Works Execution Agency (as defined hereinafter) and the Road Works Execution Agency (defined hereinafter).

  • Section I.B of Schedule 2 (Delegated Contract Manager) to the Original Financing Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference in this Section I.B and shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to this Agreement, and the Recipient undertakes to comply with the provisions thereof to the same extent as if such provisions had been set out in full in this Agreement.

  • Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.

  • Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.

  • SARON Administrator means the SIX Swiss Exchange AG (or any successor administrator of the Swiss Average Rate Overnight).

  • Contract Monitor means the Department employee identified in Section 1.6 of the IFB as the Contract Monitor.
