Delegation Schedule definition

Delegation Schedule means any separate schedule entered into between the Custodian and the Fund or its authorized representative with respect to certain matters concerning the appointment and administration of Subcustodians delegated to the Custodian pursuant to Rule 17f-5 under the 1940 Act.
Delegation Schedule means any separate schedule entered into between the Custodian and the Trust or its authorized representative with respect to certain matters concerning theadministration of Investments held outside of the United States and the appointment of Eligible Foreign Custodians” under the provisions of Rule 17f-5 of the 1940 Act. Dividend and Transfer Agent shall mean the dividend and transfer agent appointed, from time to time, pursuant to a written agreement between the dividend and transfer agent and the Trust. FINRA means the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
