Completion Schedule definition

Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

Completion Schedule or ‘Delivery Schedule’ means a schedule approved by the Owner for completion of all obligations of the Supplier under the Agreement.

• Provided further that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Time Extension shall be due and applicable only for the Works which are affected by the aforesaid events or circumstances and shall not in any manner affect the Project Completion Schedule for and in respect of the Works which are not affected hereunder.

• The Supplier shall supply all the Goods and perform all Related Services included in the Scope of Supply-Clause 2.5 of the GCC and the Delivery &Completion Schedule, as per GCC Clause 2.15 relating to delivery and document.

More Definitions of Completion Schedule

Completion Schedule means the schedule for the completion by Supplier and Purchaser, as applicable, of Turbine installation and Commissioning as set forth in Exhibit T to the Supply Agreement.
