Deleted Property definition

Deleted Property means that Property or Properties referenced in Subsection A and/or B hereinabove.

Deleted Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(d) below.

Deleted Property means the following described real property situated in the City of Norwalk, Warren County, State of Iowa:

Examples of Deleted Property in a sentence

• Tenant and Landlord shall execute and enter into an amendment to this Lease reflecting the elimination of any Deleted Property(ies) herefrom at the effective date of the Limited Termination Election for such Deleted Property.

• If Transferors are unable to obtain a required consent or waiver from a Third Party to a sale of the Property or acquire the Third Party's interest in such Joint Venture (after agreeing to expend the amount set forth above), then this Agreement shall be terminated with respect to the affected Property, in which event such Property shall be treated as a Deleted Property.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing deletion right, however, in no event may there be more than *** Projects that constitute Environmental Deleted Property.

• In the event that any Property becomes a Deleted Property pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, then Buyer shall have the right to cause Title Company to withdraw from the escrow and pay to Buyer (or to reduce any letter of credit, as applicable, by) an amount equal to the product of (x) the Deposit (and interest accruing thereon) and (y) the quotient expressed as a percentage, of the Allocated Price with respect to such Deleted Property and the total Price.

• The parties hereto agree and acknowledge that from and after the effective date of any termination of any Property Lease as it relates to any individual Deleted Property (as defined in each of the Property Leases) in connection with a casualty event or Condemnation, such Deleted Property shall no longer be deemed to be a "Facility" for purposes of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Deleted Property

Deleted Property means that Property or Properties referenced in Subsections (i) and/or (ii) hereinabove. In the event either of the above-described events shall occur (a) this Guaranty shall not apply to the Guaranteed Rent for the Deleted Property accruing from and after the date of such event.

Deleted Property means the following described real property situated in the City of Clarinda, Page County, State of Iowa:
