Delinquent Note Receivable definition

Delinquent Note Receivable means any Note Receivable with respect to which any payment thereunder remains outstanding and unpaid, in whole or in part, for more than sixty (60) days, but not more than ninety (90) days, past the date it became due and payable according to the original face and tenor of such Note Receivable or as extended in accordance with the Required Procedures.
Delinquent Note Receivable means any Note Receivable with respect to which any payment owing thereunder remains outstanding and unpaid, in whole or in part, for more than thirty (30) days past the date it first became due and payable according to the original face and tenor of such Note Receivable or as extended in accordance with Borrower’s Credit Policy at a time when no default or event of default exists under such Note Receivable.
Delinquent Note Receivable means any Note Receivable with respect to which any payment thereunder remains outstanding and unpaid, in whole or in part, for more than sixty (60) days, but not more than ninety (90) days, past the date it became due and payable according to Outstanding Note Receivable Balance is more than $150,000,000 and less than or equal to $200,000,000), (iv) 55% of the Aggregate Outstanding Note Receivable Balance (during any period when the Aggregate Outstanding Note Receivable Balance exceeds $200,000,000);

  • Delinquent Receivable means any Receivable that is not a Liquidated Receivable and which the related Obligor fails to make at least 90% of the related Scheduled Receivables Payment by the date on which it is due and remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) days from the original payment due date.

  • Delinquent Loan A Mortgage Loan that is delinquent at least sixty (60) days in respect of its Monthly Payments or Balloon Payment, if any, in either case such delinquency to be determined without giving effect to any Grace Period.

  • Delinquent Contract means any Contract as to which all or a portion of a Scheduled Payment (constituting at least ten percent (10%) of such Scheduled Payment due) is more than 60 days delinquent from its original due date.

  • 60+ Day Delinquent Mortgage Loan (i) Each Mortgage Loan with respect to which any portion of a Scheduled Payment is, as of the last day of the prior Due Period, two months or more past due (without giving effect to any grace period), including, without limitation, such Mortgage Loans that are subject to bankruptcy proceedings, (ii) each Mortgage Loan in foreclosure and (iii) all REO Property.

  • Principal Receivable means any Receivable other than a Finance Charge Receivable. In calculating the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in an Account on any date, the gross amount of Principal Receivables in the Account on that date must be reduced by the aggregate amount of credit balances in the Account on that date.

  • Warranty Receivable means a Receivable which the Seller is required to repurchase pursuant to Section 3.02.

  • Delinquent debt means (1) any debt owed to FCIC that has not been paid by the termination date specified in the applicable contract of insurance, or other due date for payment contained in any other agreement, or notification of indebtedness, and (2) any overdue amount owed to FCIC by a debtor which is the subject of an installment payment agreement which the debtor has failed to satisfy under the terms of such agreement.

  • Transferred Receivable means a Purchased Receivable or a Contributed Receivable.

  • Liquidated Receivable means a Defaulted Receivable as to which the related Financed Vehicle has been liquidated by the Servicer.

  • Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance The aggregate Stated Principal Balances of all Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Receivable as to which the invoice or xxxx with respect thereto has not yet been sent to the Obligor thereof.

  • Principal Receivables means all Receivables other than Finance Charge Receivables.
