Deliverable Work definition

Deliverable Work means Work or part thereof to be Delivered as part of the Work as identified in the present Agreement.
Deliverable Work does not include tools and equipment used by SELLER or its Subcontractors or any other property of SELLER and its Subcontractors that do not become part of the completed structure.
Deliverable Work means the Work or part thereof to be Delivered by the Supplier to the Purchaser as part of the Work identified in Annex 2 of the Contract. “Deliverable Work” shall include and refer not only to the whole of the Work listed in the Contract but also every component and part thereof including all necessary hardware and software.

  • The Bank is the proprietor of the Deliverable Work from the time of its creation and owns all right, title and interest therein throughout the world including, without limitation, copyrights and all related rights.

Related to Deliverable Work

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
