Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.
Delivery charges means charges by the seller of personal property or services for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of personal property or services including, but not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating and packing. Delivery charges shall not include charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser.
Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.
Scan sequence means a preselected set of two or more scans performed consecutively under preselected CT conditions of operation.
Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.
CT gantry means the tube housing assemblies, beam-limiting devices, detectors, and the supporting structures and frames which hold these components.
Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to
Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.05.
Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.09.
Net energy metering means measuring the difference, over the net metering period, between (i)
Alternative Diesel Fuel means any fuel used in diesel engines that is not a reformulated diesel fuel as defined in sections 2281 and 2282 of title 13, CCR, and does not require engine or fuel system modifications for the engine to operate, other than minor modifications (e.g., recalibration of the engine fuel control) that may enhance performance. Examples of alternative diesel fuels include, but are not limited to, biodiesel, Fischer-Tropsch fuels, and emulsions of water in diesel fuel. Natural gas is not an alternative diesel fuel. An emission control strategy using a fuel additive will be treated as an alternative diesel fuel based strategy unless:
Renewable Energy Certificate or "REC" means a certificate
Net energy billing means a billing and metering practice under which a customer-generator is billed on the basis of net energy over the billing period.
Contractual Delivery Date means the stipulated date on which the contractor shall attain
DSC means Digital Signature Certificate
Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.
Renewable Energy Certificates or “RECs” shall mean all of the Certificates and any and all other Environmental Attributes associated with the Products or otherwise produced by the Facility which satisfy the RPS for a RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit, and shall represent title to and claim over all Environmental Attributes associated with the specified MWh of generation from such RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit.
Solar renewable energy certificate or "SREC" means a
Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice CenturyLink provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by CenturyLink for the Provisioning of the service requested.
Standard Amendment Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to amend agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of a Standard Amendment, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent an Amendment as an individual contract counterpart.
Delivery Costs means those components of the traction electricity costs in respect of which the rate charged to Network Rail varies by Geographic Area g. These include costs associated with electricity supply industry transmission and distribution;
Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.
Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.
Final delivery certificate means the document issued by the COE confirming that all the known defects have been rectified and that the works, goods or services appear in good order and have been accepted;
Delay Delivery Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.
Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
