Delivery Charge definition

Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • In the event of any conflict in calculation of the Annual Delivery Charge using the formula contained in this Section 13 and the formula used in Exhibit C, the formula in Section 13 shall prevail.

Delivery Charge means the delivery charge specified in the Specific Terms;
