Delivery Records definition

Delivery Records means all Records other than records for closed accounts.
Delivery Records means all Records (or copies of original Records if original Records cannot be located by Seller), but excluding transaction tickets and Records for closed accounts.
Delivery Records means all delivery information that Merchant is required to record or retain by applicable Alcohol Laws.
