Electronic Record(s definition

Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Electronic Record(s means records in a form that requires a computer or other machine to process them. “Electronic records” includes word processing documents; electronic mail messages; documents transmitted via electronic data interchange; Internet and Intranet postings; numerical and textual spreadsheets and databases; electronic files; optical images; software; and information systems.
