  • At any time and from time to time on or after the date that the Company completes a Business Combination, either Sponsor (the “Demanding Sponsor”) or the Holders of at least a majority in interest of the then issued and outstanding of Registrable Securities (such Demanding Sponsor or Holders, as the case may be, the “Demanding Holders”) may make a written demand for Registration under the Securities Act of all or part of their Registrable Securities (a “Demand Registration”).
