Potential Takedown Participant has the meaning set forth in Section 2(d)(ii). “Proceeding” means any action, claim, suit, proceeding or investigation (including a preliminary investigation or partial proceeding, such as a deposition) pending or known to the Company to be threatened.

Related to Potential Takedown Participant

  • Terminated Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but whose employment has been terminated other than by death, Total and Permanent Disability or retirement.

  • Current Participant means a person who participated in the Plan during the Class Period and had an Active Account on May 11, 2018.

This definition does not include non-executive managers such as farm, field, or shift managers.
