dental supplies definition

dental supplies means all drugs, pharmaceuticals, products, substances, items or devices whose purchase, possession, maintenance, administration, prescription or security requires the authorization or order of a licensed health care provider or requires a permit, registration, certification or other governmental authorization held by a licensed health care provider as specified under any federal and/or State law.
dental supplies means consumable Dental Products used by dentists and dental laboratories, sometimes referred to as sundries or merchandise, and include items such as gloves, hand instruments, face masks, toothbrushes, anesthetic solutions, and the like.
dental supplies means any equipment or material used or useful in the manufacture of dentures.

  • Medical supplies means items for medical use that are suitable for use in a health care facility or in the home and that are disposable or semi-disposable and are non-reusable.

These Prescription Drugs usually require specialized handling (such as refrigeration). Spouse means a person of the same or opposite sex who is legally married to Subscriber under the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the marriage took place. A marriage legally entered into in another jurisdiction will be recognized as a marriage in the District of Columbia.

  • Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.

  • Dental Staff means the Dentists who have been appointed by the Board to the Dental Staff;

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • Non-Local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content less than or equal to 20%, as defined under above Order.

  • Commercial Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Health and Welfare Benefits means any form of insurance or similar benefit programs, which may include but not be limited to, medical, hospitalization, surgical, prescription drug, dental, optical, psychiatric, life, or long-term disability.
