Department Information Resources definition

Department Information Resources means those devices, networks and related infrastructure that the Department has obtained for use to conduct Department business. Devices include but are not limited to, Department-owned devices; devices managed or used through service agreements; storage, processing, and communications devices and related infrastructure on which Department data is accessed, processed, stored, or communicated; and may include personally owned devices. Data includes, but is not limited to, Confidential Information, other Department-created or managed business and research data, metadata, and credentials created by or issued on behalf of the Department.

Examples of Department Information Resources in a sentence

  • This Agreement describes the information security obligations of Contractor, its employees, contractors, and third-party users that connect to Department Information Resources and/or gain access to Confidential Information.

  • Contractor’s duties under Section 30.0 shall survive for as long as the Contractor has access to Department Information Resources and Department data.

  • In any circumstance when Contractor is provided access to Department Information Resources, it is solely Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that its access does not result in any access by unauthorized individuals to Department Information Resources.

  • Patient Information means information (however recorded) which—

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.

  • Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.

  • Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;

  • Number Portability Administration Center or "NPAC" means one (1) of the seven (7) regional number portability centers involved in the dissemination of data associated with ported numbers. The NPACs were established for each of the seven (7) original Xxxx Operating Company regions so as to cover the fifty (50) states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. territories in the North American Numbering Plan area. "Numbering Plan Area" or "NPA" is also sometimes referred to as an area code. It is a unique three-digit indicator that is defined by the "X," "X" and "C" digits of each 10-digit telephone number within the NANP. Each NPA contains 800 possible NXX Codes. There are two (2) general categories of NPA. "Geographic NPA" is associated with a defined geographic area and all telephone numbers bearing such NPA are associated with services provided within that geographic area. A "Non-Geographic NPA," also known as a "Service Access Code" (SAC Code), is typically associated with a specialized Telecommunications Service which may be provided across multiple geographic NPA areas; 500, Toll Free Service NPAs, 700, and 900 are examples of Non-Geographic NPAs. "NXX," "NXX Code," "Central Office Code," or "CO Code" is the three- (3)-digit Switch entity code which is defined by the "D," "E" and "F" digits of a ten- (10) digit telephone number within the NANP. "Operational Support Systems" or "OSS" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12. "Optional Testing" is testing conducted by CenturyLink, at the request of CLEC, that is in lieu of testing CLEC should complete to isolate trouble to the CenturyLink network prior to submitting a trouble ticket to CenturyLink.

  • Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.

  • Department Representative means an individual who represents the Department and presents the Department’s position in a hearing.
