No elected official or other officer or employee of the City, nor any person whose salary is payable, in whole or part, from the City treasury, shall participate in any decision relating to this License which affects his/her personal interest or the interest of any corporation, partnership or association in which he/she is, directly or indirectly, interested nor shall any such person have any interest, direct or indirect, in this License or in the proceeds thereof.

Any employee who shall be called as a witness arising out of and in the course of his or her City employment shall be deemed to be on duty and there shall be no loss of salary, but any witness fees received by him or her, shall be paid into the City treasury.
