Department Related Party definition

Department Related Party means any officer, agent, worker, employee of the Department acting in the course of his office, engagement or employment in relation to the Services;
Department Related Party means any officer, agent, worker, employee of the Department acting in the course of their office, engagement or employment in relation to the Services; “Department System” means the Department’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Department or the Contractor in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Department by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor System or which is necessary for the Department to receive the Services; “Disclosure and Barring Service” or “DBS” means the non-departmental public body established pursuant to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012; “Dispute Resolution Procedure” means the procedure for resolving disputes as set out in Clause 19 (Dispute Resolution Procedure); “DPA 2018” means the Data Protection Act 2018; “Earnings Adjustment Statement” means Earnings adjustment statement (EAS) - XXX.XX (xxx.xxx.xx);

Related to Department Related Party

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

  • Agent-Related Person has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.03(d).

  • Agent-Related Persons means Agent, together with its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.

  • Seller Related Party means Seller, its Affiliates and its and their respective stockholders, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives.

  • Lender-Related Person means, with respect to any Lender, such Lender, together with such Lender’s Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.

  • Seller Related Parties means, individually and collectively, Seller and its officers, directors, shareholder, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives. Buyer, by its execution hereof, acknowledges that the Property is sold “as-is where-is” and that Seller has not made, does not make and specifically negates and disclaims any representations, warranties, promises, covenants, agreements or guaranties of any kind or character whatsoever, whether express or implied, oral or written, past, present or future, as to, concerning or with respect to (a) the value, nature, quality or condition of the Property, including, without limitation, the water, soil and geology; (b) the existence of any environmental contamination, hazards or conditions thereon (including, but not limited to, the presence of asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, lead based paint, underground storage tanks, pesticide residues, landfills, or the release of hazardous substances or the disposal or existence, in or on the Property, of any hazardous materials); (c) the income to be derived from the Property; (d) the suitability of the Property for any and all activities and uses which Buyer may conduct thereon;

  • Parent Related Parties means Parent, Merger Sub, any Affiliate of Parent or Merger Sub and their respective officers, directors, employees, partners, members, managers, agents, attorneys, representatives, successors or permitted assigns.

  • Company Related Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • Company Related Parties means the Company and its Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current or future officers, directors, partners, stockholders, managers, members, affiliates or agents.

  • Head of the Department means the administrative head of the department or the organization;

  • Rule 506(d) Related Party means a person or entity that is a beneficial owner of such Buyer’s securities for purposes of Rule 506(d).

  • Police Department means the Police Department of the City and County of San Francisco.

  • Department Representative means an individual who represents the Department and presents the Department’s position in a hearing.

  • Fire Department means an organized fire department as that term is defined in section 1 of the fire prevention code, 1941 PA 207, MCL 29.1.

  • Unrelated Person means any Person other than (i) a Subsidiary of Borrower or (ii) an employee stock ownership plan or other employee benefit plan covering the employees of Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • regulated person means a person whose collection activities are confined and are directly related to the operation of a business other than that of a collection agency including any of the following:

  • the Department means the Department of the Environment;

  • Department means the department of health.
