Related to Department Related Party

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

Buyer, by its execution hereof, acknowledges that the Property is sold “as-is where-is” and that Seller has not made, does not make and specifically negates and disclaims any representations, warranties, promises, covenants, agreements or guaranties of any kind or character whatsoever, whether express or implied, oral or written, past, present or future, as to, concerning or with respect to (a) the value, nature, quality or condition of the Property, including, without limitation, the water, soil and geology; (b) the existence of any environmental contamination, hazards or conditions thereon (including, but not limited to, the presence of asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, lead based paint, underground storage tanks, pesticide residues, landfills, or the release of hazardous substances or the disposal or existence, in or on the Property, of any hazardous materials); (c) the income to be derived from the Property; (d) the suitability of the Property for any and all activities and uses which Buyer may conduct thereon;

  • Parent Related Parties means Parent, Merger Sub, any Affiliate of Parent or Merger Sub and their respective officers, directors, employees, partners, members, managers, agents, attorneys, representatives, successors or permitted assigns.

  • Company Related Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • Unrelated Person means any Person other than (i) a Subsidiary of Borrower or (ii) an employee stock ownership plan or other employee benefit plan covering the employees of Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • regulated person means a person whose collection activities are confined and are directly related to the operation of a business other than that of a collection agency including any of the following:

  • the Department means the Department of the Environment;

  • Department means the department of health.
