Departure Briefing definition

Departure Briefing means the briefing given to a Seasonal Worker, prior to their departure from Australia, in accordance with Item L3 of Schedule 1 and the Guidelines. Email has the same meaning given to electronic communication in section 5 of the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth).
