Examples of Depositor Affiliate in a sentence

  • After the exchange, such Preferred Securities will be canceled and will no longer be deemed to be Outstanding and all rights of the Depositor Affiliate with respect to such Preferred Securities will cease.

  • After the exchange, such Trust Preferred Securities will be canceled and will no longer be deemed to be Outstanding and all rights of the Depositor Affiliate with respect to such Trust Preferred Securities will cease.

  • Investor Affiliate means (i) the Investor or any of his immediate family members, and any such persons’ respective Affiliates and direct and indirect Subsidiaries, (ii) any sponsor, limited partnerships or entities managed or controlled by the Investor or any of his immediate family, or any of such persons’ respective Affiliates and direct or indirect Subsidiaries, (iii) any trust of the Investor or any of his immediate family, or any of such persons’ respective Affiliates and direct or indirect Subsidiaries or any trust in respect of which any such persons is a trustee, (iv) any partnership of which the Investor or any of his immediate family, or any of such persons’ respective Affiliates or direct or indirect Subsidiaries is a partner that is managed or controlled by the Investor, any of his immediate family or any of such persons’ respective Affiliates or direct or indirect Subsidiaries, and (v) any trust, fund or other entity which is managed by, or is under the control of, the Investor or any of his immediate family, or any of such persons’ respective Affiliates or direct or indirect Subsidiaries, but excluding the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Servicer Affiliate A Person (i) controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Servicer or which is 50% or more owned by the Servicer and (ii) which is qualified to service residential mortgage loans.

  • Collection Agent means at any time the Person then authorized pursuant to Section 6.01 to service, administer and collect Transferred Receivables.

  • Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.

  • Custodial parent means a parent awarded custody by a court decree. In the absence of a court decree, it is the parent with whom the child resides more than one half of the calendar year without regard to any temporary visitation.
