Depository Agreements definition

Depository Agreements mean the Certificate Depository Agreement and the Note Depository Agreement.
Depository Agreements means those certain Depository Agreements entered into in connection with this Agreement among Borrowers, Lender and the Lockbox Bank, relating to the Commercial Lockbox and the Government Lockbox, as applicable.

Depository Agreements. Together, the Certificate Depository Agreement, and the Note Depository Agreement.
