Depository Agent definition

Depository Agent is defined in Section 2.6(a) of the Agreement.
Depository Agent means an entity registered with CDP for the purpose of maintaining securities sub-accounts for its own account and for the account of others;
Depository Agent means such entity identified as a depository agent of any Depository and as may be nominated by us from time to time.
