Note Depository Agreements definition

Note Depository Agreements means with respect to the Notes, the Letter of Representations, dated December 11, 2003, among the Trust, the Eligible Lender Trustee and the Indenture Trustee in favor of DTC, and with respect to the Reset Rate Notes, the Instruction Letter from Issuer to Common Depositary, dated December 11, 2003 between the Trust and The Bank of New York Depository (Nominees) Limited.
Note Depository Agreements means with respect to the Notes, the Letter of Representations, dated [·], among the Trust, the Eligible Lender Trustee and the Indenture Trustee in favor of DTC, and with respect to the Reset Rate Notes, the Instruction Letter from Issuer to Common Depositary, dated [·] between the Trust and Deutsche Bank London AG Depository (Nominees) Limited.
