Any proceeding or order, or any appeal or petition for a writ of certiorari pertaining solely to any Fee and Expense Amount or any Service Award, shall not in any way delay or preclude the Order and Final Judgment from reaching Final Approval. Any reference to the “Finality” of the Settlement shall incorporate the definition of Final in this paragraph.
