Design Fee definition

Design Fee means the lump sum payable to the Contractor for performing the Design Work set out, and described as such in Schedule 2, as adjusted by any Fee Adjustment in respect of the Design Fee.
Design Fee means the dollar amount set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto, which shall be payable to Design/Builder as compensation for the Design Work if Public Agency terminates this Agreement prior to the Construction Amendment Effective Date in accordance with Section 1.4.1 hereof.
Design Fee or “design fee” shall mean an amount which shall cover all costs and expenses incurred by the Consultant and/or its Subconsultant(s) in the performance of Design Services.

  • CLEC will be charged the applicable nonrecurring Quote Preparation Fee (QPF) or Engineering and Design Fee and the DC Power Reduction or DC Power Restoration fee per Collocation request.

  • If a Bid Alternate is subsequently incorporated into the Construction Contract by change order action, the Bid Alternate Design Fee shall be appropriately adjusted to avoid duplicating payment of Basic Services.

  • If a change in the Design Fee is sought (or if the Department has requested a deduct change), the statement should include a breakdown, by line item, of the estimated cost changes attributable to the proposed change.

  • In such a case, and subject to adjustment via the claims and disputes process, the Department shall unilaterally grant the A/E such adjustments, if any, to the Substantial or Final Completion Dates, or the Design Fee as the Department has judged to be appropriate.


More Definitions of Design Fee

Design Fee for preparation of Construction Documents shall be a firm fixed price, in an amount to be established in the Project Development Plan, to provide those services defined in Section 5.3 of the Design and Construction Contract.
