Construction Fee definition

Construction Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • To the extent the combined total of the Direct Construction Costs and the Construction Fee at the conclusion of the Project is less than the GMP, the difference will be retained by AWC.

More Definitions of Construction Fee

Construction Fee means the portion of Construction Manager’s compensation not related to Direct Construction Costs, as set forth in Subsection 3.4 below.
