Designated Chair definition

Designated Chair means the person appointed to carry out the duties and functions of the chair of the Regional Assessment Review Board in accordance with s. 454 of the Municipal Government Act (RSA 2000, cM-26), jointly appointed by the Councils of the Partner Municipalities.

  • Vice-Chairperson means the Vice-Chairperson of the Board.

  • Deputy Chairperson means the deputy chairperson from time to time of the Trust if one is appointed in accordance of rule 4 of the Third Schedule;

  • Deputy Chair means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chair’s duties if the Chair is absent for any reason

  • Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

  • Board Chair means the chair of the Board;

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Nominated Company means a company selected by the Lenders’ Representative and proposed to the Authority for substituting the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of the Substitution Agreement;

  • Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management, of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.

  • Candidate Committee means a committee established by a candidate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-9(a), for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Supervisory employee means an employee, regardless of job description, having authority in the interest of the employer to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline other employees, or the responsibility to assign work to and direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or effectively recommend that action, if, in connection with the foregoing functions, the exercise of that authority is not of a merely routine or clerical nature, but requires the use of independent judgment.

  • Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
