Senior Management Personnel definition

Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
Senior Management Personnel for this purpose shall mean employees of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. It would comprise all members of management one level below the executive director(s), including the functional / vertical heads.
Senior Management Personnel means, the personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors and KMPs, comprising of all members of management on level below the Executive Directors including the functional heads.
