Designated CMT Maturity Index means the original period to maturity of the United States Treasury securities (either 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 20 or 30 years) specified on the face hereof with respect to which the CMT Rate will be calculated. If no such maturity is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Maturity Index shall be 2 years.
Loan Maturity Date means the date on which the entire unpaid balance of the Loan, including principal and interest, is due and payable.
Legal Maturity Date means July 15, 2024.
Incremental Term Loan Maturity Date means the final maturity date of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.
Term Loan Maturity Date means, (a) with respect to any Term Loans, the final maturity date as specified for such Term Loans in the applicable Term Loan Amendment and (b) with respect to any Extended Term Loans of a given Term Loan Extension Series, the final maturity date as specified in the applicable Extension Amendment.
Revolving Facility Maturity Date means, as the context may require, (a) with respect to the Revolving Facility in effect on the Closing Date, July 12, 2022 and (b) with respect to any other Classes of Revolving Facility Commitments, the maturity dates specified therefor in the applicable Incremental Assumption Agreement.
Term Facility Maturity Date means, as the context may require, (a) with respect to the Term B-1 Loans, the Term B-1 Facility Maturity Date and (b) with respect to any other Class of Term Loans, the maturity dates specified therefor in the applicable Incremental Assumption Agreement.
Revolving Loan Maturity Date means October 15, 2011, unless extended by Lender pursuant to any modification, extension or renewal note executed by Borrowers and accepted by Lender in its sole and absolute discretion in substitution for the Revolving Note.
Revolving Maturity Date means the day before the first anniversary of the Closing Date.
Term Maturity Date means December 30, 2021 (or, with respect to any Term Lender that has extended the maturity date of its Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.19(b), the extended maturity date set forth in the Extension Notice delivered by the Borrower and such Term Lender to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.19(b)).
