Designated Growth Area definition

Designated Growth Area means an area depicted on the New Jersey State Planning Commission State Plan Policy Map as a Planning Area 1 or 2; a designated center; an area identified for growth as a result of either an initial or advanced petition for plan endorsement that has been approved by the State Planning Commission pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:85-7; a smart growth area and planning area designated in a master plan adopted by the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission pursuant to subsection (l) of section 6 ofN.J.S.A. 13:17-6; or a Pinelands Regional Growth Area, Pinelands Village or Pinelands Town, as designated in the Comprehensive Management Plan prepared and adopted by the Pinelands Commission pursuant to section 7 of the Pinelands Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 13:18A-8.
Designated Growth Area means an area depicted on the New Jersey State Planning Commission State Plan Policy Map as:
Designated Growth Area means an area served by a public sewer system that has the capacity for the growth-related project, an area identified in the latest Federal Decennial Census as a census-designated place or a compact area of an urban compact municipality as defined by 23 M.R.S. § 754.

Examples of Designated Growth Area in a sentence

  • Two vertically related units could find that the values of their respective activities negatively affected by the effort put forth by the other unit.

  • Designated Growth Area is an area designated for growth as detailed in N.J.A.C. 14:3-8.2. and depicted on the New Jersey State Planning Commission State Plan Policy Map as of the date service is requested by the Applicant .

Related to Designated Growth Area

  • Supportive measures means individualized services that are offered to the complainant or the respondent designed to restore or preserve equal access to the District’s education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party. The supportive measures must be non-disciplinary and non-punitive in nature; offered before or after the filing of a formal complaint or where no formal complaint has been filed; and offered to either party as appropriate, as reasonably available, and without fee or charge. Examples of supportive measures include, but are not limited to: measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the District’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment; counseling; extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments; modifications of work or class schedules; campus escort services; mutual restrictions on contact between the parties; changes in work or class locations; leaves of absence; and increased security and monitoring of certain areas of the campus.

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
