Designated landing ports definition

Designated landing ports means ports, or places close to the shore, designated in accordance with Recommendation GFCM/2008/32/1 on port State measures, including offshore terminals and other installations for landing, transhipping, packaging, processing, refuelling or resupplying of fishing vessels, where landings, transhipments, packaging and/or processing operations of fishery products are permitted.

Related to Designated landing ports

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Loading Port means the port of Port Hedland or if iron ore is not shipped, or is not shipped from that port, then such port (which may include the port of Port Hedland) as the Minister may determine for the purpose of this definition;
