Loading Port definition

Loading Port means the port of Port Hedland or if iron ore is not shipped, or is not shipped from that port, then such port (which may include the port of Port Hedland) as the Minister may determine for the purpose of this definition;

Loading Port means in the case of iron ore shipped by the Company out of the said State the port of shipment and in the case of iron ore not so shipped means a port in the said State determined by the Minister for the purpose of this definition;

Loading Port means the port from which an LNG Cargo has loaded its cargo of LNG.

• All such devices shall be subject to approval by classification societies or by the appropriate governmental authority of the country in which the Discharge Port is located and/or the country in which the Loading Port is located, as applicable.

• With respect to each LNG Cargo to be delivered to Buyer pursuant to the Confirmation Notice, Seller shall give, or cause the master of the relevant LNG Ship to give, to Buyer, the following notices: a first notice, which shall be sent either upon the departure (for the Discharge Port) of the LNG Ship from the Loading Port, or as early as reasonably possible and which shall set forth the time and date of departure, and the estimated time of arrival of the LNG Ship at the Discharge Port (the “ETA”).

More Definitions of Loading Port

Loading Port means the port at which a Cargo is loaded on board an LNG Vessel.

Loading Port means, with respect to each LNG Cargo under a Transaction, the port where such LNG Cargo shall be loaded, as nominated in or under the relevant Confirmation Notice;
