Designated Routes definition

Designated Routes means the designated routes set out in Appendix 2 attached hereto.
Designated Routes those marine transportation corridors established, following consultation with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, by Transport Canada . Optimum Sustainable Harvest: the level of harvest that generates the greatest net benefit for the Inuvialuit while ensuring the long term sustainability of beluga within the Inuvialuit Settlement Region. Designated Routes means those highway routes on which hazardous materials must be transported.

Related to Designated Routes

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Designated reception site means the designated place for the reception, staging, integration, and onward movement of contractors deploying during a contingency. The designated reception site includes assigned joint reception centers and other Service or private reception sites.

  • Designated System means an electric generation unit that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source that is selected by the IPA through the ABP and approved by the ICC for inclusion in this Agreement as of the Trade Date of a Product Order. All Designated Systems under this Agreement shall either be a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
