Designated Senior Person definition

Designated Senior Person means such individual who is designated as such from time to time by each Party for the purposes of Article 19 by written notice to the other Parties.
Designated Senior Person shall have the meaning set forth in Section 38(a).
Designated Senior Person means the representative of MDOT and Project Company listed in Schedule 9 – Key Contractors and Key Personnel Requirements.
