Designated Subsidiary Guarantor definition

Designated Subsidiary Guarantor means any Designated Subsidiary which has provided a Designated Subsidiary Guarantee.
Designated Subsidiary Guarantor means, as for each of the Designated Borrowers, each Subsidiary of such Designated Borrower that has executed and delivered, or is required to execute and deliver, to the Administrative Agent a Subsidiary Guaranty (Foreign) (including by means of a delivery of a supplement thereto) pursuant to Section 2.13(b).
Designated Subsidiary Guarantor means each Subsidiary Guarantor listed on Schedule V to this Agreement, as such schedule may be updated from time to time by the Borrower (it being understood and agreed that any Accounts and/or Inventory of a Subsidiary Guarantor hereafter added by the Borrower shall not be eligible until the completion of a field examination and/or appraisal, and confirmation of such Accounts and Inventory (as applicable), satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion).
