Destination Site definition

Destination Site. “ means the CBH outturn site at which the Supplier Nominates the Grain to CBH Grain.
Destination Site means the CBH outturn site stated in item 4.2 (“Destination Site”) of the Schedule which must be nominated by the Supplier when transferring grain to this Contract.
Destination Site will mean Integrated Commercial Solutions, Inc., 000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx., Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx, KY 40109.

More Definitions of Destination Site

Destination Site means a Site at which CBH will allow title in Grain to be transferred from Growers to Acquirers and between Acquirers for the eventual Outturn of Grain as notified by CBH from time to time, on the CBH web site and includes Port Facilities and MGC (as the case requires).

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.
