Destination Site definition

Destination Site. “ means the CBH outturn site at which the Supplier Nominates the Grain to CBH Grain.
Destination Site means the CBH outturn site stated in item 4.2 (“Destination Site”) of the Schedule which must be nominated by the Supplier when transferring grain to this Contract.
Destination Site means the CBH outturn site at which the Supplier delivers the grain it Nominates to CBH Grain.

  • The Supplier sells the Tonnage to CBH Grain at the Destination Site and CBH Grain purchases the Tonnage free of all Encumbrances for the Consideration on the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • All invoices for Products shall be submitted by GSK (or its Affiliate) to Prometheus at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Drive, San Diego, CA 92121 upon delivery of Products to the Destination Site.

  • In addition, BBBY makes no representation that the operation of the Destination Site will be uninterrupted or error free, and BBBY will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

  • Title to and risk of loss of the Equipment shall pass to Buyer upon delivery in undamaged condition and otherwise in full compliance with all requirements of this Contract at the Destination Site.


More Definitions of Destination Site

Destination Site means a Site at which CBH will allow title in Grain to be transferred from Growers to Acquirers and between Acquirers for the eventual Outturn of Grain as notified by CBH from time to time, on the CBH web site and includes Port Facilities and MGC (as the case requires).

Related to Destination Site

  • Destination means any place where the Insured expects to travel to on his/her Trip other than Return Destination as shown on the travel documents.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Delivery Location has the meaning given in clause 4.2.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.
