Developed Application definition

Developed Application means the application LICENSEE creates (web or windows forms application, windows service or console application) that uses SOFTWARE. Applications are compiled and a PRODUCT KEY is inserted into the application as a license resource.
Developed Application means a software application or website that uses the APIs to obtain and display Content in conjunction with Developer Content, according to the Agreement.
Developed Application means applications or pages developed for a Permitted Purpose in which the Licensed API forms a supporting part.

  • The specifications for each Developed Application shall be developed jointly and mutually approved by the parties.

  • You must not display any of the business listings Content in any Developed Application that has the primary purpose of making available business, residential address, or telephone directory listings.

  • If You use any part of the APIs in the Developed Application that uses cookies, then to the extent required by applicable law, You must provide End Users with clear and comprehensive information about, and obtain the End Users’ consent to, the use of such cookies.

  • In particular, if Your Developed Application enables You or any party to gain access to information about users of the APIs or the Content, including but not limited to personally identifiable information (such as user names) or non-personally identifiable usage information (such as location), Your privacy policy must describe Your use and retention of this information.

  • First Data shall cooperate with RCSI to repair and modify the RCSI Developed Application that is causing the problems so that it will not cause any further Operating Problems and it will be allowed to commence operation as soon as possible.

  • Under no circumstances will Licensee benefit commercially or financially from a Developed Application or any GlobalGiving data.

Related to Developed Application

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Completed application means an application that satisfies all of the information and other requirements of the Tariff, including any required deposit.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

  • Patent Applications means all published and unpublished nonprovisional and provisional patent applications, reexamination proceedings, invention disclosures and records of invention, applications for certificates of invention and priority rights, in any country and regardless of formal name, including without limitation, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, renewals, revivals, reissues, re-examinations and extensions thereof.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of Xxxxxx Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Program Patents has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • Application area means the area where the coating is applied by spraying, dipping, or flow coating techniques.
