Permitted Purpose definition

Permitted Purpose means any activity or process to be undertaken or supervised by a Staff member of one Party during the term of this Agreement, for which purpose authorised disclosure of the other Party’s Confidential Information or Intellectual Property is a prerequisite in order to enable such activity or process to be accomplished;
Permitted Purpose means [subject to the terms of this letter, passing on information to a prospective purchaser for the purpose of]2 considering and evaluating whether to enter into the Acquisition; and
Permitted Purpose means proper fulfilment by the FXCCM of its duties under the ForexClear DMP Annex and includes, after the completion of the Auction, the use by the FXCCM its associated companies and advisers (to be determined by it at its discretion) of any data or documents related to portfolios successfully won through the Auction, for the purposes of its own ongoing portfolio management and to enable it to comply with ongoing legal or regulatory requirements.

More Definitions of Permitted Purpose

Permitted Purpose means the purpose of all or any of the following:

Permitted Purpose means the use of the Confidential Information to perform the Services.
Permitted Purpose unless otherwise set out in a Schedule, means the internal business purposes of the Customer only, which shall not include allowing the use of the software by, or for the benefit of, any person other than an employee of the Customer.
Permitted Purpose has the meaning given to such term in the Service Order.
