  • Strategic Developer Members shall be entities that meet the requirements of a Strategic Developer Member as set forth under the heading “Strategic Developer Members” in the Membership Agreement, as amended from time- to-time in accordance with any and all requirements of these Bylaws set forth herein.

  • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
