Developmental activity definition

Developmental activity means an activity designed to promote self sufficiency and personal responsibility established by a county department of job and family services under section 5107.62 of the Revised Code.

For purposes of sub-sections (a), (c), (d) and (f) above, the General Counsel or the Chief Executive Officer of the Company shall have authority to provide the Participant with written authorization to engage in the activities contemplated thereby and no other person shall have authority to provide the Participant with such authorization.
