Digital Certificate means an electronic device used to verify identity or protect electronic messages.
medical certificate means a certificate signed by a registered medical practitioner.
Physical Certificate As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Final Certificate means the final certificate issued by the Engineer-in-Charge in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Provisional certificate means the provisional certificate described in§ 900.11(b)(2).
Supplemental Certificate shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.03.
type-approval certificate means the document whereby the approval authority officially certifies that a type of vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit is approved;
Seller Certificate means a certificate of transfer delivered in connection with the transfer of a Trust Certificate pursuant to Section 3.04(a), substantially in the form of Exhibit B.
Withdrawal certificate means a document known as a withdrawal of a certificate of noncompliance provided by the child support unit certifying that the certificate is withdrawn and that the board may proceed with issuance, reinstatement, or renewal of a license.

Collateral Certificate means an Investor Certificate issued pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the related Series Supplement.
Buyer Certificate means a certificate to the effect that each of the conditions specified in clauses (a) through (c) (insofar as clause (c) relates to Legal Proceedings involving the Buyer) of Section 5.2 is satisfied in all respects.
Residual Interest Certificate means any of the Class R-I Certificates, the Class R-II Certificates, the Class R-III Certificates or, if issued in accordance with Section 2.06, the Class R-LR Certificates.
Credit certificate means a certificate issued by the allocating agency to a taxpayer that specifies the amount of affordable housing tax credits that can be applied against the taxpayer’s individual or corporate income tax, or franchise, captive insurance premium, or insurance premium tax liability as provided in this subchapter.
Retail Certificates A Senior Certificate, if any, offered in smaller minimum denominations than other Senior Certificates, and designated as such in the Series Supplement.
Certificate Distribution Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.
Merchandise certificate means a writing not redeemable in cash and usable in its face amount in lieu of cash in exchange for goods or services.
Gift certificate means a merchandise certificate conspicuously designated as a gift certificate, and purchased by a buyer for use by a person other than the buyer.
Regulation S Global Certificate With respect to any Class of Book-Entry Non-Registered Certificates offered and sold outside of the United States in reliance on Regulation S, a single global Certificate, or multiple global Certificates collectively, in definitive, fully registered form without interest coupon, each of which Certificates bears a Regulation S Legend.
Investor Certificate means any one of the certificates (including, without limitation, the Bearer Certificates, the Registered Certificates or the Global Certificates) executed by the Transferor and authenticated by the Trustee substantially in the form (or forms in the case of a Series with multiple classes) of the investor certificate attached to the related Supplement.
Individual Certificate Any Private Certificate registered in the name of the Holder other than the Depository or its nominee.
Rule 144A Global Certificate With respect to any Class of Book-Entry Certificates, a single global Certificate, or multiple global Certificates collectively, registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee, in definitive, fully registered form without interest coupons, each of which Certificates bears a Qualified Institutional Buyer CUSIP number and does not bear a Regulation S Legend.
