Provisional certificate definition

Provisional certificate shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 12.2; “Punch List”shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 12.2.1;
Provisional certificate means the provisional certificate described in§ 900.11(b)(2).
Provisional certificate shall have the meaning assigned to it under Article 6.7(d).
